Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SpinuLearning's website and educational services. By registering for our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Course Registration
Registration for courses is subject to availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration. Full payment is required to secure your place in a course. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.
Payment Terms
Course fees are due upon registration. All prices are in RON/EUR and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods as agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice for future courses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before the course: Full refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before: No refund. We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of SpinuLearning. Participants may not record, photograph, or reproduce course content without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
SpinuLearning provides educational services only. Participants are responsible for their own professional practice. We are not liable for any damages arising from the application of course knowledge. Our total liability is limited to the course fee paid.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
